Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what data ZoneIQ collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your name and email, and an authentication password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer/subscription identifier and status, not your full card number.
• Analysis inputs — the property addresses you analyze and the reports generated from them.
• Usage data — basic logs and counts needed to enforce plan limits and keep the service reliable.

3. How we use it

To provide and improve the service, generate your analyses and documents, process subscriptions, enforce plan limits, secure accounts, and communicate with you about your account.

4. Third parties we share with

To produce an analysis, the address you enter and/or its coordinates are sent to third-party data providers (for example geocoding, parcel, zoning, and hazard data services) and to the AI providers that help draft and explain results. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep account and report data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes. You can request deletion (see below).

7. Your choices

You can access or update your account information, cancel your subscription at any time, and request that we delete your account and associated reports by emailing us. Saved reports are shareable by link; treat those links as you would any private URL.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
